development and delivery of educational programs. These opportunities will be offered as an option to ECS'
customers and to educational institutions.

Pre-Researched Financing Opportunities An additional priority of ECS will be to be an expert resource for financing for energy conservation projects. This
will include establishing a database of information about grants, tax
incentives, low interest loans and other programs that will make the
use of ECS' services affordable to the broadest range of customers.
